Matt Crane - Chick-fil-A Folsom Owner/Operator 

Matt started working at Chick-fil-A when he was 15 years old in Atlanta, GA. He became a restaurant general manager at 21 years old while finishing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Hospitality at Kennesaw State University. At 25, years old he was selected as the Owner/Operator of the Chick-fil-A franchisee in Folsom. The restaurant opened in June of 2012. In 2013, he was awarded the Chick-fil-A Rookie of the Year award. That year his organization lead the West Region in customer satisfaction, employee retention and was in the top 20% of franchises in profitability. He has remained in the top 20% of customer satisfaction for the last 12 years. He earned Chick-fil-A’s Symbol of Success award an unprecedented 7 years in a row from 2014 - 2020 by growing his year over years sales more than 20% each year and winning a new car from Chick-fil-A each time!

Michelle Crosby - Director of Growth for the More Real Estate Group

Michelle Crosby is the Director of Growth for the More Real Estate Group, leveraging her extensive experience to drive success. Previously, as the Director of Operations for the More Group, her strategic leadership earned her a role in coaching operations for top teams throughout Keller Williams International. Michelle's expertise is evident in her track record of expanding a team from 80 to over 250 units by emphasizing agent accountability, streamlining systems, and fostering a productive culture. She excels in business planning, implementing proven systems, and developing individuals to reach their potential. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys time with her husband, a firefighter and former Navy Corpsman, and their two sons.
