Evangeline Scott started her lending career in the late 90's. With Evangeline's love for numbers and strategy this was a welcomed change and opportunity where she was quickly fully licensed and was their youngest Financial Advisor as well as assisting them in recruiting and building strategic partnerships. She was half way through completing her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation when she was recruited back in to the lending and real estate industry specifically to handle a large Bay Area project where her team handled the sales and lending for a 120 unit condominium complex in just 10 months. Evangeline had the opportunity to move back to the Sacramento area and work with a top producing real estate firm in Folsom, CA and did so for about 2 years and obtained her brokers license. As a professed numbers geek she realized her love for the industry was in lending. She has consistently been one of the industry's top producers. Evangeline loves marketing & is known for her lead generating programs to assist her real estate partners in growing their careers.
