Special Strong was founded in 2016 and over the past 4 years has been growing via franchises across the country. We are excited to be the first franchise to launch in the state of California!! Our mission is to unlock the strength and confidence within the mind, body and spirit of every individual impacted by mental, physical and cognitive challenges in order to live a more independent and abundant life. We truly believe that everyone, no matter their challenges, can become stronger physically AND mentally through adaptive fitness! AND that it can be FUN!! It is our desire is to create opportunities for the adaptive needs community, in Folsom & beyond, to live a more abundant life through adaptive fitness.
