Hello, I'm Jameson Kelly. I'm a clinical psychologist known for being empathic, genuine, and calming. I specialize in evidence-based therapy for treating symptoms of anxiety and sadness. What this looks like for you may differ from other people. Some of my clients have chronic, bodily reactions to experiences in their lives that leave them feeling tense, reactive, and not like themselves. I work with people who have recently been diagnosed with medical conditions, family caregivers, and others going through big life adjustments. Sometimes what we think of as happy events, such as the birth of a child, can bring unexpected symptoms, anxiety, and body shifts that feel like body betrayal. There are techniques like Brainspotting, Anxiety reduction exercises, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatments that help bring understanding, change, and a sense of control.
