Start with a sundried tomato tart, shrimp corn chowder or potato leek soup, and festive green salad. Continue with roasted prime rib, turkey, or vegan loaf, served with scalloped potatoes and roasted vegetables. End with a decadent cranberry-raisin Christmas pudding or chocolate cake, topped with cranberries marinated in Angelica.
